This is my second time working with Michael but this time as a seller instead of a buyer. I was selling  home Michael helped me to secure 3 years prior and I knew this would be a smooth process like before. Michael did his researched and helped me determine a fair asking price. His strategy of using go-and-shows allowed for serious interested buyers. The platform used was easy and I knew when each appointment would occur. The house was under contract 28 days after listing and I believe tge speed is the sale is due to the fair pricing and strategies Michael suggested. He is very knowledgeable about what to expect,possible scenarios, and resources  that as a buyer you may not be aware of and can help get what you need to make sure of your success. His recommendations helped lead me to a timely search and settlement on the home.
