I was selling home Michael helped me to secure 3 years prior and I knew this would be a smooth process like before. Michael did his researched and helped me determine a fair asking price. His strategy of using go-and-shows allowed for serious interested buyers. The platform used was easy and I knew when each appointment would occur. The house was under contract 28 days after listing and I believe tge speed is the sale is due to the fair pricing and strategies Michael suggested. Clarence MahuguI didn’t have any investment properties, I went through 5 different agents who weren’t really invested in getting me what I actually wanted (failed) they just wanted a sale. I went to visit my bank one day and had a general conversation with one of the reps and expressed my frustration. The rep spoke very highly of an agent he knew and gave me Michael Olubajo’s contact , the rest is history. Mike not only closed two deals for me but was 100% invested in each project! He let me know what I needed to have done before looking at houses (in order to be competitive) and offered a great selection of houses within the area and price range I was looking for. While looking for homes he took measurements and videos so that I would remember the process and make more informed decisions. He is highly responsive and quickly processed the necessary paperwork at offering. Michael also took the time to walk me through my estimated costs due at closing so that I understood the next steps. 3 years later…2024 I knew I was going with Michael again when it came to selling the property he helped me secure before. His knowledge of hr market, fair pricing strategy, and use of convenient go-and-shows that worked around my busy work-from-home schedule led to a speedy process.
